Fezā Wellness is a space for emotional, mental, and energetic well-being. We support both adults and children through healing sessions, mindful products, and soulfully designed experiences that help you feel more connected to yourself and your family.
Our offerings include individual and family healing sessions, mother-child support, projective testing through drawing, and space-cleansing rituals. We also create wellness products such as aromatherapy mists, energy crystal hangers, and intention cards. Each one is either handmade or carefully chosen, with a clear purpose in mind.

About Me
Hello, I’m Karishma, founder of Fezā Wellness.
My name is Karishma Nankani. I am the founder of Fezā Wellness, an educator, and a wellness practitioner with over 22 years of experience working with children and families across India, China, and Dubai.
My journey began in the classroom, where I witnessed firsthand how much emotion lives beneath the surface for both children and parents. Over time, I felt called to offer deeper support and began learning healing modalities such as Theta Healing, Reiki, Sound Healing, Access Bars, Play Therapy, Projective Testing, and Space Cleansing.
Fezā was created as a gentle, grounded space for healing. A place where families can release emotional burdens, reconnect with their inner selves, and feel truly seen. My approach blends empathy, intuition, and practical tools to help people move through life with more ease and emotional clarity.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: wellness should be a natural part of your lifestyle, not just something you turn to when you feel stuck. My mission is to make wellness accessible, gentle, and meaningful for adults and children alike.
